Notary Services

We can then schedule a follow-up call to iron out the details or book the Notary appointment. Tipping Policy: As a notary public, my primary goal is to provide you with professional and reliable service. While my notary fees are regulated by New York State law, if you feel inclined to offer a tip for exceptional service, it is greatly appreciated but never expected. Please rest assured that your notarial acts will be conducted with the utmost integrity and professionalism, regardless of any additional gratuity.

For those who are not familiar with notary laws, please read the law below. Please do not ask me to break the law. 

Prices & Fees

As a Notary Public in New York State, I am authorized to charge $2.00 per signature for notarizing documents. However, I can also charge additional fees for services beyond the basic notarization. These additional fees include:

 Travel Fees: As a mobile notary, I can charge for travel to your location. Remember that this is a round trip as I still need to get back home after the notarization. The travel fee is not regulated by the state and will be agreed upon with the client beforehand. Typically, travel fees range from $25 to $75 or more, depending on factors such as distance, time of day, and urgency. You can avoid any travel fees by coming to my location.

Printing & Document Prep Fees: If you require printing of documents or other preparation services, I can charge a fee for these additional tasks. This fee is based on the number of pages and the complexity of the preparation work.

Expedited or After-Hours Services: If you need notary services urgently (under 24 hours notice) or outside of my regular business hours (8:00 am - 8:00 pm), I may charge an additional fee for expedited or after-hours services. 

Waiting Time: If there is a need for me to wait for an extended period, I may charge a fee for the waiting time.

All additional fees will be communicated and agreed upon before the services are rendered to ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings.

My hourly rate for any and all services is $50.00. 

As a public notary, I can notarize the following documents; however, because of their complexity, some of these documents should be prepared by a lawyer or with the help of a lawyer.
